libsublime-dev software package provides development files for the sublime user interface library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsublime-dev
libsublime-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsublime-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsublime-dev *
You will get with libsublime-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
